I love to eat instant or quick oats either for breakfast or dinner. Little did I know until a friend and a fellow runner, Master Eo as I fondly call him, gave this link leading to discovery of an Oatmeal site, but then it has nothing to do with grains. Thank you Master Eo for sending me the link!
Back in the 1990s, I am known to some of my friends to have nifty art skills, in which drawing pictures, either still life or cartoon characters, is one of my hobbies. When I saw Mr. Inman\’s (a.k.a. The Oatmeal) particular work on running, I couldn’t help but appreciate and laugh several times while reading his comic strips. I can relate to an extent.
See The Oatmeal\’s take on running as he narrates in a funny way his wonderful and not-so-wonderful romance with long distance running here.
Anyway, it’s also a great and hilarious site on a variety of topics, e.g., animals, technology, grammar, food, etc.
