I was about to leave when Ellen and Bong Z suddenly asked me to show to the group some running drills and cool down exercises. I was hesitant at first as I haven’t done this kind of thing before, that is, acting like a coach. Who am I to say no to those faces who want to learn something new? Anyway, I found myself leading the runners and showed them some of the stuff I learned from my coaches.
