I knew I have seen that title before. Then I remembered, I’ve read it from a song hits mag. Well, I didn’t know much about the singer but Bruce Springsteen was a rock icon after the release of his third album, Born to Run, sometime in the 70s. (Photo courtesy of http://www.amiright.com).
After reading the book from cover to cover, I wanted to post some of its interesting tidbits but decided not to as I didn’t want to preempt your reading experience. I was totally delighted with the interwoven stories of the lives of well known athletes, their thoughts, famous discoveries of coaches, definition, scientific explanation of the Running Man theory, painful truths about running shoes, the ultimate race, and many more. Don’t miss it!
